Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Tournament Caddie platform (app.tournament-caddie.com), operated by Heiko Sudar, Pfarrer-Aigner-Str. 33, 85567 Grafing b. München, Germany (hereinafter "Provider").
§ 2 Description of services
Tournament Caddie is a web-based platform for managing golf tournaments. The scope of services includes:
- Creation and management of tournaments
- Player registration and QR code-based score entry
- Automatic Stableford calculation (net/gross)
- Flight management and leaderboards
- Email delivery of QR codes to tournament participants
§ 3 Registration and account
(1) Registration with name, email, and password is required to use the platform as a tournament organizer.
(2) The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
(3) Tournament participants do not need their own account. Access is provided via personalized QR codes.
§ 4 Player slots and pricing
(1) A player slot is required for each tournament participant.
(2) Player slots are purchased through the platform. The current price is displayed during the purchase process.
(3) Billing is handled by the payment service provider Lemon Squeezy. Their terms of use also apply.
(4) All prices include applicable VAT.
§ 5 Right of withdrawal
(1) Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion.
(2) The right of withdrawal expires once player slots have been used for tournament participants.
(3) To exercise the right of withdrawal, an email to info@tournament-caddie.com is sufficient.
§ 6 Availability
(1) The Provider endeavors to ensure uninterrupted availability of the platform.
(2) There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work and technical disruptions may lead to temporary restrictions.
§ 7 Data protection
The privacy policy at www.tournament-caddie.com/privacy applies.
§ 8 Liability
(1) The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
(3) The Provider is not liable for the accuracy of data entered by users (scores, handicaps, etc.).
§ 9 Termination
(1) The user may terminate their account at any time by email to info@tournament-caddie.com.
(2) The Provider may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations of these Terms and Conditions.
§ 10 Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of changes by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
§ 11 Final provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
