Player slot packages are prepaid digital products. Once purchased, they are non-refundable regardless of usage. This policy applies to all slot packages.

Service Discontinuation

In the event that Tournament Caddie permanently discontinues its service, customers with remaining unused slot capacity will be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
