Score Entry (Player View)

Scan QR code

Each player receives a personal QR code by email or as a printout. After scanning, the score entry opens in the browser — no app needed.

Confirm identity

On first access, the player confirms their name and enters their current handicap index.

Select round

The player sees all open rounds. Already submitted rounds show their status (submitted, confirmed). Flight and tee time are also displayed.

Enter scores

For each hole, the player enters their strokes using plus/minus buttons. If putt tracking is enabled, they also select the number of putts.

Picked up button

For holes with 0 Stableford points, a "Picked up" button appears. If the ball was not holed out (hole picked up), the player clicks it. For picked-up holes, the penalty putts set by the tournament director are counted in the putts ranking.

Submit score

After filling in all 18 (or 9) holes, the player clicks "Submit scorecard". The score is sent to the tournament director for confirmation.

Correct score

As long as the score has not been confirmed by the tournament director, the player can re-open and correct their score at any time.

Offline mode

The app works even without mobile reception on the golf course. Prerequisite: The player must have opened their personal link once while online — the page is then automatically saved for offline access.

If there is no network when submitting, the score is saved locally. Once reception returns, it is synced automatically. A yellow banner shows the current status.

Tip: Open the QR link before your round so the app works on the course even without reception.

Navigation

At the bottom of the screen you'll find three tabs: Scores, Flights and Leaderboard. Use them to switch between score entry, flight assignments and the leaderboard — without scanning the link again.
