Managing Players

Add players manually

Click "Add player" in the Players tab. Enter first name, last name, email and handicap index. For mixed tournaments, also select the gender.

CSV import

Click "CSV" to import multiple players at once. The CSV file must contain columns for first name, last name, email and optionally handicap index and gender.

QR codes

Each player receives a personal QR code. Using this code, the player can enter scores on their smartphone — no login or app installation required.

Send QR codes

Click "Send all QR codes" or the mail icon next to an individual player to send the QR code by email. The email contains the QR code as an image and a direct link.

Print QR codes

Click "Print QR" to open a print view of all QR codes — handy for posting on tournament day.

Edit or delete players

Click the edit or delete icon in the player list.
