Flights & Tee Times

Create flights

Switch to the Flights tab. Enter start time, interval (in minutes) and number of flights. Click "Create flights".

Automatic assignment

• Auto (HCP) — Players are sorted by handicap index and distributed evenly across flights.
• Auto (Ranking) — Players are assigned based on their current tournament ranking (net points) — ideal for the final round.

Manual assignment

Unassigned players can be assigned to a flight via dropdown.

Tee times

In the "Tee times" section, enter the start time of the first flight and the interval. Click "Apply times" to distribute times across all flights.

Notify players

When Push notifications are enabled for the tournament, a "Notify players" button appears next to the PDF button. Each assigned player receives a personalized push notification with their flight and tee time.

Print flights

Click the "PDF" button to open a printable overview of all flights with player names and tee times.

Delete flights

Click "Delete all" to remove all flights for a round and start over.
